Sustainability in manufacturing, the development of resource saving working processes as well as their optimisation is the main focus of many companies’ business activities.
ISI filter devices have always stood for energy efficient and economical operation. We have looked for partners for whom sustainability and efficiency also play a central role in their corporate activities. Hence the vast majority of the fans in ISI filter devices are driven by energy efficient and modern motors from our technology partner ebm-past and carry the well known Green Tech label. Together with our partners we create space for further technical developments which we incorporate into our filter devices.
Our filter devices with EC driven fans from ebm- papst achieve today already energy efficiency levels which are significantly higher than the EU energy efficiency regulation EU Nr. 327/2011 requires.
Before purchasing a filter device, together with our technical consultants, an exact assessment of the size of the machine as well as the application in question, takes place. Through our experience we can then make an offer for an exactly configured filter device as well as making recommendations for the appropriate filter elements.
Optimally matched filter technology guarantees longer service intervals as well as low maintenance operation of the devices.
If the filter media need to be changed, this can be done very easily and does not lead to any long machine downtimes.
The filter device is integrated in the machine process and the cleaned and filtered cooling lubricant is returned to the ongoing working process, remaining in the machine cycle and can be reused. The filtered air comes out of the filter device almost as pure air (up to 99,95 %) and ensures for “clean air in the workplace and protection of the environment”. Due to the circulating air principle, no heated in door air is lost.
The return of the cooling lubricant within the working process guarantees sustainable and environmentally friendly processing.
