The ISI D-CLEANER is the system solution for removing hazardous dust from the working environment. A capture element detects the contaminated air at the point of origin. The air is directed through a hose or pipe system to the filter unit where it is cleaned.

As well as affecting air quality, dust can also pose serious health risks. It is therefore essential to take effective measures to ensure a clean working environment.
The ISI D-CLEANER dust collector offers an innovative solution that has been specially developed to filter dust efficiently and thus make a significant contribution to health protection.
The proven collection elements collect the polluted air directly at the source. A customised hose or pipe system safely transports the extracted contaminants to the central filter unit, where the air is cleaned.
Our practical capture elements capture the polluted air at the point of origin. A system of hoses or pipework, designed to suit your specific requirements, safely feeds the extracted pollutants to the central filter unit, where the air is cleaned.
During the cleaning process, the individual filter cartridges are closed by alternating lids, removing them from the intake flow. The compressed air flows to the rotary jet and the arrangement of the jets creates a rotating motion. This cleans the folds of the cartridge very effectively and very gently over the entire surface. The cleaned particles are collected in a container for easy disposal. The cleaned air can remain in your work space.

The ISI D-CLEANER dust collector can be operated in either exhaust or recirculation mode.
