ELBARON®
The ELBARON® Air filtration system is one of the most powerful and solid filter units on the market.
The ELBARON® filter series was developed by us as a specialist in electrostatic filter solutions for the machining industry for the separation of oil, emulsion mist and smoke.
ELBARON® filter devices are in use all over the world and impress with:

Modern machining tools in particular often operate at high speeds, with internally cooled tools and high fluid pressures. In these applications, machining is carried out with pure oil or a cooling lubricant with a high oil content. High cutting performance often results in smoke as well as mist. In this case only an electrostatic filter system can be used effectively and economically.
The ELBARON® E-RON series is also available with an optional H13 HEPA end filter for guaranteed separation values.

This makes the ELBARON® series one of the most powerful and robust filter units on the market. As a further highlight of the successful series, the E-RON was developed, which separates large quantities of liquids effortlessly.

Additional housing for the E-RON2 and E-RON4 models of the ELBARON® device series
The E-RON2 and E-RON4 models can be extended with an additional housing module
This can accommodate a HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter. With these additional filters, 99.95% of impurities and odors are filtered out of the ambient air.

Many filter units are washable and reusable!
Our washable filter media help you to protect the environment and significantly reduce the amount of waste. Washable filter media reduce your costs for replacing spare filters. Electrostatic filter cells have a service life of many years if cleaned regularly. We also offer you the appropriate maintenance and cleaning service.
