TEBARON emulsion mist filters are suitable for applications where emulsion is used as a cooling lubricant.
With compact dimensions and well thought-out functions, TEBARON emulsion mist separators are particularly suitable for machine tools with small and medium-sized machine workspaces.
In metalworking companies, the air can be polluted by emulsion mist and released aerosols. In this case, our TEBARON filter systems provide the perfect solution. Retrofitting a machine tool with a TEBARON air filter unit significantly improves the air quality.
The well-being of employees in the workplace and workplace safety are promoted.

The TEBARON emulsion mist filters impress with their user-friendly operation. The air filter units are equipped with a highly efficient and economical EC fan as standard. This means that both the speed and the air flow rate can be individually adapted to the application.
Thanks to their compact design, TEBARON emulsion mist filters can be easily integrated into various machine setups without taking up valuable space.
Optionally, your TEBARON filter unit can also be equipped with our digital filter control ISI-TRONIC.

Filter configuration – adaptable to your application
Washable pre-filters reduce follow-up costs and protect the environment
The standard, integrated, three-piece pre-filter package is completely washable. It is highly effective against solid and liquid aerosols of larger and medium particle diameters and protects as well as maximises the service life of the main filter. The main filter can be individually adapted to the application. As standard, we use a H13 HEPA filter here to realise collection efficiencies of 99.95% against particles as small as 0.3 μ.
Optionally, a Varifine or Varibase filter can be used as a final filter.
We will be happy to assist you in selecting the suitable filter media and adapt the air filter system to your requirements.

The compact TEBARON emulsion mist filters operate using the mechanical filtration method. The extraction capacity is between 600 – 720m³/h.
On request, our TEBARON extraction solution for emulsion mist is also available with the ISI-TRONIC electronic filter unit control system.

The contamination indicator ensures that you know in good time when a cleaning cycle is due or new filter media needs to be procured.

Many filter units are washable and reusable!
Our washable filter media help you to protect the environment and significantly reduce the amount of waste. Washable filter media reduce your costs for replacing spare filters. Electrostatic filter cells have a service life of many years if cleaned regularly. We also offer you the appropriate maintenance and cleaning service.
