The ISI AIR CLEANER is a powerful air purifier for large rooms. large rooms. Thanks to our HEPA H14 filter system technology the virus load in a large room of up to 160m² is permanently reduced to a minimum. Perfect against bacterial contamination, house dusts, fine dusts and pollen and therefore ideal for public facilities and event areas.

Basically, we distinguish between the following applications in the design of our industrial air cleaners:
Oil mist
Oil mist is generated during machining with pure oil as a cooling lubricant. Oil mist is a large quantity of airborne, very fine oil droplets which are produced during turning, milling, drilling or grinding with oil and during dry machining with MQL (minimal quantity lubrication quantity).
Emulsion mist
Emulsion mist is produced when water-mixable cooling lubricants are used. This is a large quantity of airborne, very fine liquid particles. These are generated during turning, milling, drilling and grinding.
Oil/emulsion mist
Oil/emulsion mist with smoke development. During heavy-duty machining with oil or emulsion (with more than 5% oil content), oil or emulsion mist with smoke development occurs due to the high process temperatures. Smoke in particular is difficult to filter due to its very fine particles.

For extraction of oil and emulsion mist with high oil content and smoke for small to very large machine working areas – Air flow rate: 350 up to 3550 m³/h*.
