Electrostatic air filter system for machine tools
As a specialist for electrostatic filter solutions, the ELBARON® filter series was developed for the machining industry for the separation of oil mist, emulsion mist and smoke. The high-quality ELBARON® air filter devices used on machining tools have been convincing customers worldwide for over 50 years thanks to their filter performance, effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency of the highest level. Modern machining tools in particular often operate at high speeds, with internally cooled tools and high fluid pressures. In these applications, machining is carried out with pure oil or a cooling lubricant with a high oil content. High cutting performance often results in smoke as well as mist. In this case only an electrostatic filter system can be used effectively and economically. .The ELBARON® E-RON series is also available with an optional H13 HEPA final filter for guaranteed separation values.
Our precisely designed electrostatic filter cells are coordinated with the rest of the technology so that they guarantee the best possible filter efficiency, service life and functional reliability. This makes the ELBARON® series one of the most powerful and robust filter units on the market. As a further highlight of the successful series, the E-RON was developed, which separates large quantities of liquids effortlessly. Depending on the application, you have the choice between a device with one or two filter cells, as a simplex or duplex version.
