Our service is available for all manufacturers.
We are also happy to visit you on site.
In a proven, environmentally friendly cleaning process, your filter units and filter media are cleaned and maintained according to the latest technology and manufacturer’s specifications. The coordinated cleaning procedure preserves and protects your filter technology, because professional cleaning is a central component for reliable and smooth unit operation.
Professionally maintained air filters work stably and with constant separation rates. Regular cleaning intervals maintain the functionality of the devices for a long time.
With an on-site service at your site, downtimes for air filter units are kept to a minimum. All service teams are equipped with professional and mobile cleaning and maintenance equipment and can work independently on your premises.
In addition to cleaning and maintenance work, repairs can also be carried out.
Optionally, filter devices and filter media can be sent in. Professional cleaning is then carried out directly by ISI Service GmbH. Use the filter cell service.
We will be happy to advise you and work out an uncomplicated and customized service plan with you.

ISI Service GmbH is your competent partner for the technical planning and implementation of air filter installations in your plant. During a visit from one of our technical consultants, we will analyze the conditions at your site together.
With our offer, you will receive an initial installation plan for the installation and piping of the new air filter system.
For complex installation projects, we also carry out an inspection of the planned installation situation by one of our installation experts.

Repair and Maintenance
With our well-equipped service vehicles repairs of air filter devices at your site
If your unit or your filter cells are defective, we will discuss the case with you and work out a short-term solution in order to keep downtimes during operation as low as possible. If you can do without your unit for a while, we offer to have it expertly repaired at ISIs headquarters in Germany. If required, we can dismantle and install your air filter unit on site.

Service Spare parts procurement
Our service technicians will be happy to procure spare parts for your air filter unit. We can provide you with suitable replacement filter media for all ISI Industrieprodukte GmbH filter units from stock.
In addition, we are able to procure standard filter media and spare parts for a wide range of filter units, not depending on the manufacturer. We are always available to advise you. Ideally, you will already have your serial number to hand.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we also take care of all logistical aspects to ensure a smooth process.
