ISI-TRONIC has been the digital filter unit control for all our unit series for years. It is available in several option levels. Connect to ISI-TRONIC conveniently via your laptop or Android smartphone. Optionally, you can also have the filter status displayed visually via the ISI-CONTROL (accessory article).
Effortlessly control your ISI air filter unit and keep an eye on all important data. No matter whether you want to read off the degree of contamination of the filter media from the comprehensible traffic light system with percentage display, or set the air performance or control reserve yourself. ISI-TRONIC makes it possible. Through the interaction of ISI-TRONIC with our standard EC fans, the air performance in the filter unit automatically adjusts to the degree of contamination of the filter media. The EC fan is infinitely variable.
In this way, the set suction power of the filter unit is automatically kept constant over a maximum possible period of time and with the lowest possible energy consumption.

Your advantages at a glance
With ISI-TRONIC you can monitor all processes in the filter unit and react in good time in the event of malfunctions or an upcoming filter change.
The air flow rate and control reserve can be adjusted via the digital interface (by laptop or terminal device) and can be adapted to your needs at any time, even if your production process changes.
Error messages can be read out directly in a log and, if desired, transmitted as a diagnostic file to ISI for further technical support.
Filter units with ISI-TRONIC are network-compatible and can be integrated centrally into the company network.
Due to the contamination display and the operating hours counter of the individual filter media, as well as the total operating hours, the optimal maintenance time is planned and visible. Costs due to early or late maintenance are avoided.
The ISI-TRONIC interface shows when filter media are due to be replaced. This means that they can be ordered in good time.
