Mechanical combination air filter unit for the separation of emulsion mist
With our COBARON series we offer a powerful mechanical air filter unit, which can also be combined with an electrostatic filter cell for extreme processing cases. The purely mechanical variant of the COBARON series as an emulsion mist separator consists of a high-performance pre-filter package and a main filter of filter class ISO ePM1 60%, ePM1 80% (ISO 16980) or H13 (DIN EN 1822). This combination ensures maximum filtration efficiency and long service lives.
Especially in the field of performance-optimised metal cutting, where large feeds, high speeds and pressures of cooling lubricant (KSS) are used, it is important to use a highly effective COBARON air filter unit. They increase occupational safety, protect the health of your employees, and contribute to active air improvement.
In another device variant, an electrostatic precipitator cell can be used in your unit to provide you with a reliable and economical solution in otherwise critical cases, such as those that can arise during cast machining or heavy-duty cutting with smoke development. All COBARON combination air filters are available as standard with the digital filter unit control ISI-TRONIC and an integrated, controllable EC fan for maximum energy efficiency.
